Excel Diagnostic is a mobile mechanic business based in Brighton, Queensland. When I was approached, they had an existing website built using Telstra Business Digital Marketing Services.

Excel Diagnostic were looking for a new website solution that offered more flexibility and personalisation than their current offering as well as a way to get out of the on-going Telstra subscription fees for what was essentially a simple website. It was important to them to have a site that worked well on mobiles, tablets and PCs, contained recommendations from social media pages and a customised contact form.

I recommended a straight-forward Bootstrap HTML website and basic website hosting with a very reliable Australian company, VentraIP, allowing them to 'set and forget' the website while it worked hard to bring in new clients. I was able to rework the existing content to improve the flow, styling the website to suit the existing branding.

Since the initial launch, further customisations have been added to the contact form and site structure to further enhance the user experience.
